Tempe-Based Handwrytten, the leading provider of robot generated handwritten notes for enterprises and consumers, announces a new integration with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, the leading donor management system for non-profits, making it easier than ever for cause-based organizations to send handwritten notes to current and potential donors. Handwrytten’s robots help non-profits cut through the noise and achieve greater open rates, response rates and ROI than printed or email messages, at a scale that was previously impossible.
Handwritten notes have response rates 7-21 times greater than printed mail and can be used in nearly every messaging situation. The Blackbaud integration enables non-profits to automate sending notes to current donors thanking them for their contribution or for attending an event, informing them of new fundraising initiatives and at other key times of the year seamlessly. Non-profit users simply select the design of the note they want to send, type the message they want included, and pick which donors to send it to and when.Once the note is created online, the robots pick up real pens and go to work writing the notes in one of 30 authentic handwriting styles, Non-profits also have the option of having the robots learn a unique handwriting style and/or signature (available with a one-time fee) so notes can be fully personalized.
All notes created in the Blackbaud integration are recorded to the activity timeline of the donor, so data is fully tracked alongside other outreach. For additional features, such as card design or prospecting outreach, the Blackbaud system integrates with the core Handwrytten web site as well for a seamless experience.
““Non-profit organizations understand the value and impact of a handwritten note, but due to staffing constraints rarely are able to reach out in an authentic way to their generous donors.” said David Wachs, founder and CEO of Handwrytten. “By leveraging our cutting-edge robotic technology, we are able to automate what is seemingly impossible to automate. These notes have been proven to drive incredible and lasting results for our non-profit clients.”
