Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial is opening its Phoenix office. This expansion further reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional complex litigation services to its clients in the Southwest.
“The opening of a Phoenix office is a significant milestone for our firm,” said Lee Roberts, a co-director of the firm. “We recognize the vibrant business environment and the growing legal needs in this region. By establishing a presence in Phoenix, we will continue to provide unparalleled litigation and trial services nationwide and address the unique challenges faced by our clients in this market and the West Coast.”
Bill Drury, one of the original co-founders of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and one of Arizona’s leading first chair trial attorneys, has joined forces with the Firm and will immediately make Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial the “go-to” firm in Phoenix for catastrophic tort and bet-the-company litigation. Bill is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Benchmark, and Chambers. He has also been named by Best Lawyers… as “Lawyer of the Year” in Product Liability in the Phoenix area. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Fellow of the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America. Joining Bill are Jeff Hunter, a seasoned trial lawyer whose courtroom successes include one of Arizona’s most significant defense verdicts and Scott Conlon, who has over 30 years of trial experience. Jeff and Scott are both listed in Best Lawyers in America, and Jeff is also named in Benchmark. Steve Mesaros, an outstanding insurance coverage and bad-faith defense lawyer, is also joining the team.
With a plan for future strategic growth and expansion, the Phoenix office will be led by Jeremy Alberts, a member of the Arizona bar who also serves as the managing partner of the Las Vegas office. “We are excited to lead Weinberg Wheeler’s expansion into Phoenix,” said Alberts. “Our like-minded approach and deep commitment to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients, in the worst possible cases, combined with our extensive understanding of the local legal landscape create a winning combination.”
On behalf of the new Phoenix lawyers, Bill Drury said, “We are excited and honored to join forces with the extraordinary attorneys, and other professionals of WWHGD. I’m confident that this integration of legal talent will provide next-level service to our clients.”
The Phoenix office will mirror the firm’s platform offering clients complex, high-profile litigation and trial services in areas including:
- Product Liability
- Transportation Litigation
- Healthcare Liability
- Professional Liability
- Commercial Litigation
- Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death
