X Phoenix, a 506-unit residential coliving and membership club located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, is opening a 27,000 sq ft., dedicated coworking space on Mon. July 17, 2023. The space offers dedicated desks and private offices as well as an expansive area for a multitude of events that encourages connection and collaboration.
In addition to the workstations that currently exist where people can create, collaborate, and communicate, there are new, reservable conference rooms and offices for those that need a bit more intimate environment. Conference configurations can accommodate 1-12 people while office layouts can accommodate 1-6 people. Room amenities vary by size, but options include large screen TVs with Apple TV, white boards, wired internet, secure, private access and unique artwork by local Phoenix-based artists. The coworking space also offers a centralized kitchen which is a purposefully designed social gathering space that can flex from morning coffee and lunch to an intimate event space.

The coworking space will also offer access to X Club, a members-only social club offering a lounge with a full-service bar and restaurant, group fitness classes, daily wellness offerings, a fully equipped state-of-the-art gym and a 50,000 sq ft outdoor deck with pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar.
In addition to the coworking space, residences and X Club amenities, X Phoenix also offers X Studio an ecosystem that offers members a place to create whether that be art, photography, film, audio, media or any other creative form.
X Phoenix, an extension on the Chicago-based X Company’s complexes, has both private and coliving residences with the membership club built directly into the 20-story complex. There is ample parking for both residents and club members. X Phoenix residents receive a complimentary membership to the X Club included in their lease agreement, while all-access memberships are also available for $175 a month to non-residents. X Phoenix is located in Downtown Phoenix at 200 W. Monroe Street.
