Snell & Wilmer announced that it has relocated its Phoenix office from the Arizona Center to CityScape at One East Washington Street, Suite 2700, now occupying a total of 120,000-square-feet, spanning five floors.
“As we planned for the firm’s future, we were looking for a vibrant location that would be attractive to our clients, support our collaborative culture, and offer the technological edge that clients and lawyers require. CityScape addresses all of our needs,” said Matthew P. Feeney, chair of Snell & Wilmer.
“Following more than 30 years at Arizona Center, we are excited to change downtown locations and embrace the vibrancy of CityScape and its immediate surroundings. With an array of great places to meet, break bread and build relationships, CityScape offers a sense of community that will only help foster our growth as a firm,” said Snell & Wilmer Chief Operating Officer Kyle Day.
With the help of RED Development, Snell & Wilmer renovated its new space with a full custom build-out on all five floors. The firm will now be able to utilize its floorspace more efficiently at CityScape with uniform-size offices, pod-style staff arrangements, and improved technology and connectivity in all conference rooms on every floor. Snell & Wilmer will provide the opportunity for attorneys to hotel into any space they desire, including conference rooms.
The firm will continue to offer a hybrid work environment for its attorneys and for staff whose job duties pair well with a remote environment. The new location offers flexibility for reserving office, workstation and/or conference space to allow teams to meet ad-hoc and to make it a seamless process to work together in the new space, even with less square-footage.
Clients will enjoy the views off the North and South balconies of Snell & Wilmer’s 27th floor, or the West and East balconies of its 28th floor. When the weather permits, client receptions and alumni events will be hosted in the large reception area, which opens on to the North and South patios for a breathtaking view of the Phoenix valley.
