CCS Presentation Systems, one of the largest integrators of audiovisual equipment in the U.S., held a ceremonial groundbreaking to kick off construction of its new corporate headquarters in Mesa, AZ.
This 2-story 36,000 square foot building will house CCS Southwest’s staff of nearly 100 design engineers, salespeople, installation and service technicians and C-level executives.
“We are thrilled with the plans for this new building and excited about our move to Mesa, AZ,” said CCS Founder and CEO, John Godbout. “It represents our commitment to the future and a headquarters that focuses on the customer experience.”
Mesa Mayor John Giles said, “With over three decades of experience in the commercial audio visual industry, CCS Presentation Systems has a proven track record, and we’re pleased to welcome them to the City of Mesa.”
The event was attended by City of Mesa Councilmembers Mark Freeman & Francisco Heredia, Mesa Economic Development Director Bill Jabjiniak, Mesa Economic Development Project Manager Bryan Smith, CCS Presentation Systems Founders John & Beth Godbout, representatives from the builders, architects and designers responsible for the project: WESPAC, Butler Design Group, SmithGroup, Threaded Studio, real estate developers KIMCO and more.
“CCS is one of the top 10 audio visual integration firms in the United States. The corporate headquarters is going to be a great addition to the Riverview area,” said Councilmember Mark Freeman.
Beginning as a 2-person operation in 1991, CCS now has over 350 employees nationwide and
annual revenue across the CCS group tops $160 million dollars. Its 11 regional partnerships total 28 offices covering 40 states. All have extensive experience working with architects, consultants, general contractors, construction managers and end users to select, integrate and support audiovisual systems and unified communication systems. CCS customizes solutions to match a client’s specific requirements to achieve their goals.
