Rise and shine bright at Sky High Yoga Vibes, a special class on Sunday, March 7 at 9 a.m. atop the scenic rooftop at Hotel Valley Ho. Yoga instructor and mindfulness expert Cortney Halstead will guide you through a one-hour yoga class followed by fifteen minutes of ultra-relaxing sound meditation. Take in the dramatic views, flow with mindful movement, and breathe in positivity.

Also enjoy: Afterward, enjoy an extended cool down with a cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage at the OH Pool and let the good vibrations last all day long. Tickets are $35 and include a drink, pool access, and valet parking. This event is B.Y.O.M. (bring your own mat, optional blanket, and optional bolsters). Experience an invigorating one-hour mat class on the beautiful Paradise Terrace at Mountain Shadows on Saturday, April 17 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Pilates & Prosecco. After the morning workout session, stick around for bubbly pours and sparkling conversation at Rusty’s, complete with dramatic mountain views. Each ticket is $30 and includes two glasses of prosecco. Capacity is limited for this socially distanced, outdoor event. Masks are required for entry, but not required in the event space while socially distanced outdoors.
