Blanco Cocina + Cantina is officially open for lunch and dinner daily with indoor & outdoor dining, take-out and delivery with DoorDash. The newest location of Blanco is located in Red Development’s Block 23 and includes a private dining room, vibrant and unique custom art installations like the gallery wall pictured here, and the “B” wall, perfect for instagrammable moments with loved ones. Beautiful portraits on the gallery wall accented with neon lighting include some of Fox Restaurant Concepts’ own employees.
The colorful menu features Blanco staples such as their “Esquites” Mexican Street Corn, Short Rib Machaca & Guacamole Cheese Crisp, and Grilled Avocado Tacos on handmade tortillas. Plus, sample new dishes like Eddie’s Famous Green Chile Burger and the Baja Breakfast Burrito stuffed full of scrambled eggs, French fries, green chile, queso, and house hot sauce on the side. The beverage menu is just as lively as the interiors and feature house made juices and sour mix, like the Jalapeño & Pineapple Margarita and the Frozen Paloma.
As Blanco Cocina + Cantina opens, you will notice some differences in their standards of operation as they have implemented new practices to keep guests and employees safe and healthy.
Learning from best-in class restaurants and guest feedback, they have:
- Limited capacity in their dining rooms for social distancing
- Added new standards to comply with and exceed state and federal guidelines for safety and sanitation
- Rolled out new technology to provide a low contact experience for all
- Required wellness checks for our teams as well as asking that all employees continue to wear masks at all times.
- Guests are required to wear masks while not seated.
Blanco Cocina + Cantina is located at 123 E. Washington St. Phoenix, AZ 85004 and is open Monday through Thursday 11am – 9pm, Friday 11am – 10pm, Saturday 12pm – 10pm, and Sunday 12pm – 8pm. Happy Hour is offered Monday – Friday from 3pm to 6pm starting Monday, November 16th. Select 2-for-1 bottled cocktails are also available with your takeout orders.

Our story begins with Sam Fox, a man who is passionate about hospitality and endlessly inspired by food and design. He opened his first concept, Wildflower American Cuisine, in Tucson in 1998, and today has introduced dozens of ever-evolving Fox Restaurant Concepts brands including True Food Kitchen, North Italia, Blanco Tacos + Tequila, and Flower Child.
