Rose Law Group, Arizona’s largest woman-founded lawfirm announce the addition of Paige Kemper as an Associate Attorney in the firm’s litigation and equine practices. Kemper brings a wealth of experience and passionate commitment to advocating for clients across various civil litigation arenas.
Kemper joins Rose Law Group with a proven track record in State and Federal courts, representing clients in complex business litigation, breach of contract disputes, commercial litigation, real property issues, products liability cases, and equine litigation. Her dedication to fostering strong client relationships and providing vigorous representation at every stage of the litigation process, from pleadings and motions to trials and settlement negotiations, makes her a valuable asset to the firm.
“We are thrilled to have Paige join our team. Her comprehensive litigation experience and dedication to client advocacy align perfectly with the values and mission of Rose Law Group,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group.
Kemper is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Oklahoma. She earned her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During her academic tenure, she distinguished herself by receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contract Law and Criminal Procedure and served as an academic fellow, mentoring first-year law students in Civil Procedure and Contract Law.
She was a member of and did competitions with the American Paint Horse Association for the majority of her life and went on to compete for Oklahoma State University on their Equestrian Team.
“My experience in the equine industry gives me a unique insight to the unanticipated problems that often arise in competitions, while owning horses, and in farming or ranching operations. I have handled cases relating to breach of various contracts, events occurring at competitions, disputes between trainers and competitors, and disputes arising from the sale and veterinary care of horses,” she says.
A native of Gilbert, Arizona, Kemper is excited to contribute her skills and experience to her home state. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys walking her dogs, exploring new dining experiences in the Valley, and indulging in a good book.
