ASM Global, the world’s leading venue management and services company, announced today that it has entered into a Billboard Lease and Sponsorship Sales Agreement with YAM Westgate, LLC with respect to Westgate Entertainment District which is located adjacent to the Gila River Arena and State Farm Stadium; both of which are also managed by ASM Global.
Located in the heart of Glendale, Westgate Entertainment District is one of the largest and most exciting mixed-use, urban developments in the country. Upon full build out, it will include several million square feet of shopping, dining, entertainment, hotels, residential, parks and office space. Attracting more than six million visitors every year, the District is a natural gathering place for fans attending games at State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals), games and shows at Gila River Arena (home of the Arizona Coyotes) and other events curated by YAM Properties, LLC, a Scottsdale-based real estate investment and development firm that manages the property. The District hosts hundreds of concerts and events each year, as well as unique events including craft beer festivals and the Special Olympics opening ceremony.
