Desert Ridge Marketplace, an Arizona shopping, dining and entertainment destination, is welcoming three highly anticipated national retailers to its dynamic tenant mix: Gap Factory, Ann Taylor Factory, and Sierra (formerly Sierra Trading Post). Together, the new stores will bring over 30,000 square feet of fashion and value-focused retail to the North Phoenix community.

Gap Factory will open its doors this September. Part of the iconic American apparel brand with a legacy dating back to 1969, Gap Factory will make its debut in an approximately 8,500-square-foot storefront at Desert Ridge Marketplace. Known for offering wardrobe staples at a great value, Gap Factory features collections for men, women, kids and babies that combine classic style with everyday comfort. From denim and cozy essentials to versatile basics and seasonal favorites, Gap Factory delivers accessible, family-friendly fashion at compelling prices.

Ann Taylor Factory, a leading women’s fashion retailer known for timeless style and modern sophistication, will open a new location at Desert Ridge Marketplace in an approximately 5,000-square-foot space opening this November. The brand offers elevated apparel, accessories and wardrobe essentials designed to blend classic elegance with contemporary trends, providing versatile fashion for work, everyday wear and special occasions.

Sierra , occupying a 20,000-square-foot space, is an off-price retail brand that delivers top outdoor, fitness, and lifestyle products at incredible value. Scheduled to open in the spring of 2027, Sierra features a wide assortment of apparel, footwear, gear, and home goods from leading brands, catering to adventurers, outdoor enthusiasts, and value-conscious shoppers alike. The store’s curated selection makes quality brands accessible for everyday life and outdoor exploration.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Gap Factory, Ann Taylor Factory, and Sierra to Desert Ridge Marketplace,” said Jenny Cushing, vice president of leasing at Vestar. “These additions reflect our continued focus on curating a dynamic mix of fashion, value, and lifestyle experiences that resonate with a wide range of shoppers and further strengthen the destination’s appeal in North Phoenix.”

Desert Ridge Marketplace recently welcomed Kajiken, the acclaimed Japanese noodle concept known for its signature abura soba soup-less ramen, and Nadu Regional Indian, a Michelin-recognized modern Indian restaurant that celebrates diverse regional flavors. Trader Joe’s will also open its highly anticipated location at the shopping center, further expanding the marketplace’s diverse retail and grocery offerings. This September Globe in the Dark, a cozy, travel-inspired cocktail lounge, is slated to open as well as Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, bringing an authentic Churrasco experience with fire-roasted meats and an expansive hot and cold table, in the beginning of 2027.
