The Tempe Chamber’s Military Affairs Committee (MAC) partnered with Catalyst Craft Ales in July for the Unity in Uniforms Fundraiser, bringing veterans, business leaders and community advocates together to support local JROTC programs.
The fundraiser focused on helping Tempe middle and high school JROTC cadets obtain the uniforms and resources they need for training and leadership development. Catalyst Craft Ales donated 15% of all liquid sales, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, directly to the JROTC uniform fund during the event.
Raffle ticket purchases also contributed to the effort, helping ensure that every cadet has the professional attire needed to participate fully in their programs.
More than a fundraiser, Unity in Uniforms brought the local business community together with the students who represent Tempe’s next generation of leaders — creating an opportunity to support youth, recognize service and invest in the future of the community.
