Jared Jewelers has opened the first U.S. store featuring its newest retail design concept at Gateway Crossing in Avondale, placing Greater Phoenix at the forefront of the brand’s evolving luxury shopping experience.
Located at 9995 W. McDowell Road, the store introduces a more personalized, immersive environment built around curated merchandise presentation, bespoke services and a refined customer experience. The opening marks the first in a series of planned expansions and a broader evolution of Jared’s retail environments across the United States.
The concept brings together fine jewelry, engagement and wedding rings, and new and pre-owned luxury timepieces with specialized services through the Jared Design & Service Center. Master jewelers provide bespoke design consultations, expert restorations and personalized care for jewelry and timepieces, making those services a central part of the shopping experience.
“Since opening our first Phoenix-area store in 1998, Arizona has been an important part of Jared’s story, and we are proud to continue investing in the market with the opening of our new Gateway Crossing location in Avondale,” said Claudia Cividino, president of Jared Jewelers. “As the first in a series of planned expansions, this store represents a significant milestone for our brand and introduces a unique retail design created specifically for our Avondale location around personalization, exceptional service, and a more refined customer experience.”
The Avondale location joins four other Jared stores in the Phoenix area, expanding the company’s reach in the West Valley after nearly three decades in the market. Its selection as the debut location for the new design concept adds a national retail milestone to the brand’s local expansion.
Jared will celebrate the opening with a ribbon cutting in partnership with the West Valley Regional Chamber on Thursday, October 15, at 2 p.m. Representatives from the chamber and Jared will share remarks about the opening and the company’s continued investment in Greater Phoenix.
During the ceremony, Jared will present a $20,000 donation to St. Mary’s Food Bank, helping provide 100,000 meals to individuals and families across Arizona.

A grand opening celebration on Saturday, October 17, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. will invite guests to explore the new concept, jewelry collections and personalized services, with curated refreshments and brand activations.
