Arizona guest home builder, Minimal Living Concepts, has teamed up with the Valley’s premier healthy lifestyle clubs, The Village Health Clubs & Spas, for a special partnership. Buyers who purchase a guest home from Minimal Living Concepts will receive a $5,000 credit at The Village, to be used towards dues or other services (spa, personal training, sports lesson, pilates, etc.).
The partnership idea came when Minimal Living Concepts owners Jared Amzallag and Zander Diamont, both Village members themselves, realized that their potential clients in the Arcadia, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley neighborhoods would benefit from a partnership with the Village.
“We see so much synergy between Minimal Living Concepts and The Village,” says Diamont. “Both organizations put a high priority on providing a customized quality experience for Arizonans looking to live their best lives. With this exclusive offer, our clients and existing Village members can not only enjoy a beautiful new ADU, but also take advantage of a membership credit that covers family membership dues at the best health club in town for an entire year!”
Minimal Living Concepts will soon complete their 100th guest home in Arizona. Initially founded during the pandemic, the company builds minimal modern ADUs that range in size from 322 to 1,178 square feet. Their most popular unit is the Live, which features one bedroom, one bathroom, 576 square feet of living space, a full kitchen with appliances, built-in cabinetry, polished concrete floors, and 9’ ceilings. The majority of Minimal Living Concepts clients build guest homes for multi-generational living, with senior parents or adult children living in their own small home on the same property, but with no shared walls. Other owners build casitas to use as home offices, pool houses, traditional guest homes, or additional living space.
“We see tremendous synergy with Minimal Living Concepts’ vision for simplicity without sacrifice, and the high quality, health-focused and social programming we provide at our health clubs around the Valley,” says Carol Nalevanko, president of Village Health Clubs & Spas. “This is the perfect opportunity for a family considering a Village membership and a backyard guest home to treat themselves to both lifestyle upgrades at once.”
