Spring Opening for Tempe’s Canopy by Hilton
Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown will soon open its doors in the heart of downtown Tempe, Arizona’s first Canopy by Hilton hotel and the first location for the brand in the Southwest overall.
The contemporary, full-service hotel will offer a local experience with a boutique feel in its 198 guest rooms and suites and approximately 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space. In addition to a signature restaurant, the hotel will feature the East Valley’s only full-service rooftop pool and bar, serving tapas-style light bites and a curated local cocktail menu.
Industrial Spec Optimally Flexible
NAIOP Arizona Owner/Developer of the Year Lincoln Property Company recently broke ground on the first building at Park303, a major industrial master-planned development that at build-out will accommodate up to 4.5 million square feet of ultra-modern, freeway-fronting, Class A industrial space in Glendale, Ariz.
