Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, PLC is pleased to announce Damian Zimmer has joined the firm’s Transportation Trial Team, a group that continues its growth.
Ahead of starting at JSH, Damian gained valuable experience at a boutique law firm in Phoenix where he specialized in representing transportation companies throughout the litigation process. He also had a small practice where he represented clients in court who were in the midst of divorce, custody issues, complex financial situations, and more. In law school, Damian gained courtroom experience for the Low-Income Tax Clinic, arguing on behalf of low-income clients with legal tax issues before the United States Tax Court.
After earning his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law, Damian earned his Master of Laws from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Sports Law and Business. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in economics.
