Ganem Companies, the Phoenix-based construction firm known for delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, storage and hospitality projects, announced the appointment of Emily Ganem as President, marking a strategic leadership transition designed to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence. Ganem previously served as Executive Vice President.
“Stepping into the role of president is both a responsibility and an opportunity. As a woman in an industry that continues to progress, I’m proud to lead with clarity, discipline and intention,” said Emily Ganem, President of Ganem Companies. “Our focus is strengthening how we operate so we can deliver exceptional projects more efficiently, without losing the values, relationships and quality that define the Ganem Difference. A key priority for me is ensuring our Project Delivery Team, spanning preconstruction, project management and the field, continues operating as one highly collaborative unit aligned around a single goal: delivering exceptional projects for our clients.”
As part of the leadership transition, Parker Ganem, CEO of Ganem Companies, and Mick Marden, former President and current Chief Visionary Officer, will step into board roles. This shift allows the executive team to focus fully on execution while maintaining strategic oversight and long-term vision for the company.
Over the past several years, Emily has steadily expanded her leadership across the organization, taking on increasing responsibility in all departments, team leadership and organizational strategy while working closely with Marden through ongoing mentorship. Through that progression, she developed a deep understanding of both the company’s vision and the operational discipline required to guide Ganem Companies into its next chapter.
“It has been an honor to serve as president during a time when Ganem implemented the systems, processes and structure necessary to support the level of growth we were experiencing,” said Marden. “Emily has consistently demonstrated the clarity, leadership and strategic perspective needed for this role. She understands how to empower a strong team while maintaining the discipline required to scale an organization responsibly. I fully support her leadership and look forward to continuing to contribute to the company from the board level.”
Founded by Parker Ganem in 2000, Ganem Companies has grown into a trusted construction partner across Arizona, offering a full spectrum of services including preconstruction, construction management, construction management at risk and design-build. The firm specializes in commercial, industrial, storage, restaurant, hospitality and tenant improvement projects and has experienced significant growth in recent years.
“This transition allows us to do what we do best,” said Parker Ganem. “Emily’s leadership, discipline and discernment of vision give our team the confidence and structure needed as we continue to grow. I’m incredibly proud of how she has stepped into this role and grateful for Mick’s leadership in helping build the foundation that makes this next phase possible. This transition positions Ganem Companies for longevity, not just growth.”
The leadership transition also includes an expanded role for Keith Doyle and the addition of Connor Bramel to the executive team, reflecting Ganem Companies’ continued investment in strong leadership, operational discipline and long-term success.
