Rafi Law Group, Arizona’s premier personal injury law firm, reports exponential growth in 2022, nearly doubling in size by adding 10 lawyers and nearly 100 new team members, moving into a new Biltmore headquarters and successfully resolving a record number of accident victim cases, along with donating more than $100,000 to local charities.
The personal injury firm, which was founded in 2015 by Brandon B. Rafi, has grown in seven short years to one of Arizona’s largest, most reputable, and fastest growing law practices. With a team of more than 200 that feels like a big family, Rafi Law Group hired 95 new employees last year and promoted 24 team members from within. It also relocated its corporate headquarters to a large office complex on the corner of 24th St. and Highland Ave, consisting of three buildings with eight conference rooms, two state-of-the-art multi-media studios, four kitchens and two reception desks. All of which contributed to the state-of-the-art firm being able to deliver exceptional customer service for its clients and successfully resolving more than 6,000 accident cases last year alone.

In 2022, they donated more than $100,000 to local charities and causes including Girls Hope Boys Hope, St. Mary’s Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul, St. Jude, Rock the Cause for Kids and Crisco Kidd’s Ton of Toys and Holiday Food Drive. They also donated to Udall Elementary School and made sizable contributions to Brophy Generations Endowment.
This year, Rafi Law Group has ambitious growth plans and has already added another new Phoenix office located at 4657 E. Cotton Gin Loop, Building D. The firm also plans to double its corporate giving initiatives by donating more than $200,000 to local charities in 2023.
