Owens Harkey Advertising has announced the company is partnering with leading Arizona pollster Michael Noble to acquire MBQF Consulting’s polling software and services to create a new entity affiliated with its marketing agency called OH Predictive Insights.

The newest entity will operate separate from other Owens Harkey companies, OH Strategic Communications and Owens Harkey Advertising. The joint owners Scott Harkey, Michael Noble, Wes Gullett, Matthew Owens and Bettina Nava will officially begin business under its new wing beginning April 4, 2016.

“We are excited to be working with Michael Noble and to create a leading research company for the state and nationally,” Scott Harkey, partner of OH Predictive Insights and president of Owens Harkey Advertising, said. “Noble’s respected and significant reputation throughout the state and nation made this new venture seamless and we believe that with Noble’s polling and research experience and Owens Harkey’s creativity and unique approach to strategy, OH Predictive Insights will be a national competitor.”

The endeavor providing polling, tactical insights and trending data across consumer profiles solidifies Owens Harkey as the leading strategic agency in the state. Under its research, the polling will service political and non-political clients looking to improve their footing on key stakeholders and consumers.

“Harkey and I saw an opportunity to provide a service that wasn’t necessarily being offered in the state,” Michael Noble, principal owner of MBQF Consulting and partner of OH Predictive Insights, said. “We believe with our combined expertise coupled with the extensive scope of work the company is offering that OH Predictive Insights will be a necessity for political campaigns and  a variety of companies alike.”

Noble is a graduate of Arizona State University and has worked professionally in politics for over a decade and has been the principal owner of MBQF Consulting for the past seven years. His work has touched more than 200 political campaigns and garnered recognition from national outlets such as the Huffington Post, Newsweek, The Hill, Five Thirty Eight, Newsmax, Daily Caller, Breitbart, Real Clear Politics and more.

Working with Owens Harkey companies and OH Strategic Communications, Noble and his team will conduct polling, focus groups, data analytics and advanced targeted marketing. Along with these services, Owens Harkey will also implement a custom-made social statistics software in order to expand the scope of work offered to clients and create more meaningful insight on research performed.

“Throughout his career, Noble has developed a strong reputation for being able to quantify and qualify key trends and emerging public opinions,” Wes Gullett, partner of OH Predictive Insights and president of OH Strategic Communications, said. “He brings all of these skills, plus strong intellectual curiosity and proprietary social statistics software, to expand the ways we can help our clients solve their most vexing problems. His ability to find answers to questions others haven’t asked provides OH a unique competitive advantage.”

Owens Harkey is a full-service agency that leads marketing, advertising and public relations efforts for a wide variety of industries across the country. The agency caters to B2B and B2C companies with services spanning public relations, social media, creative, video production, brand strategy and development, digital and traditional media buying and more.

Since 2013, Owens Harkey has made each Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500|5000 yearly list, which measures percentage revenue growth over a four-year period. In 2013, Inc.
