Admin Support Rep/Service Coordinator

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a customer focused and motivated Admin Support Rep/Service Coordinator who will join our Commercial Service Team in Tempe, AZ. This role will support the service department by providing administrative help and back up to dispatchers and the service manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interface and communicate with dispatch managers, service managers, pricing managers and coordinators, technicians, and customers/clients
  • Follow administrative procedures and processes for the management of service requests, preventative maintenance requests, and all other projects
  • Monitor and manage all incoming service requests, all technician work orders, and customer third party portals
  • Monitor submittals and track required job materials
  • Determine innovative solutions to any problems concerning execution of service requests to customer satisfaction
  • Help maintain job files by gathering information to ensure service work orders are completed and billed accurately
  • Work closely with strategic partners and internal service team in establishing and adhering to service level agreements
  • Coordinate/schedule projects for service technicians and make sure all aspects of the project are completed

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong work ethic
  • Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
  • Excellent communication/customer relations skills and high sense of urgency
