Completing 10-15 hours of weekly cleanings at rental properties exceptionally
Managing weekly schedule of cleaners and training new cleaners.
Inspection of cleanings and resolution of cleaning deficiencies of home cleanings by cleaners.
Managing inventory of housekeeping home and cleaning supplies.
Inspecting and reporting of property damages during turnovers
Completing weekly projects such as set up of new homes.
Quick and proactively communicate with guest to resolve minor issues during stay.
Qualifications:
Desired property management and customer service experience
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and co-workers
Experienced in the hotel or short-term rental industry
Daily availability 10 a.m and 9 p.m daily with weekend availability required.
Dependable, honest, open to learning new things and able to smoothly adapt to change
Have a passion for helping other and enjoy working as a high performing team player
Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone
You must have a great attitude, be a positive, open communicator and have pride in your work
