Description:
Required minimum level of education: 12 Years with GED or High School Diploma
Required job-related minimum age: 18 years. Will be working with DUI offenders
Required job-related driver's license: Class C (Regular) Good driving record for 10 years, no DUI/Drug arrests.
Criminal History: Must be able to pass a Georgia Bureau of Investigations background check and pass drug testing
Pay: $15.00 per hour with raise at end of probation

Work Week: Tuesday through Saturday. 20-32 hours per week part time or minimum of 37 per week full time. All work is done on location.
Job duties On-the-job training will be provided during probationary timeframe.
Install and monitor ignition interlock devices in vehicles. Explain ignition interlock program process and train clients on use of equipment. Document all relevant program participant conversations regarding program compliance. Work as part of a diverse team. Demonstrate integrity. Operate with confidence. Answer telephone professionally and listen and respond to participant inquiries. Perform housekeeping duties as required. Maintain a positive attitude. Arrive at work location on time. Follow guidelines for conducting client training and equipment installation/removal. Safeguard and maintain company equipment and tools and vehicles. Work locations are in Conyers, Grayson and Macon Georgia. Use of a company vehicle for distant locations is available.
Required Skills
Electromechanical aptitude. Speak in a clear and calm voice in person and over the telephone in a professional manner. Keep information confidential. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic PC software tools. Ability to create invoices and reconcile collection of payments. Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and ambiguities. Must have reliable transportation to arrive at work on time.
Preferred Skills Spanish reading and speaking skills. Understand basic electronics of vehicles. Ability to interpret wiring diagrams/schematics for vehicles in order to install ignition interlock device (Breathalyzer). Previous experience installing security systems or stereo equipment in vehicles is desired. Troubleshoot basic vehicle issues with users. Customers are required to wear a mask. Equipment is sanitized.
