The administrative responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional client service to our wonderful pet owners in a busy atmosphere
- Welcoming our daily appointments including check in, check out, and meeting the needs of clients
- Handling multiple incoming phone lines, scheduling, and making outbound client calls
- Invoicing, collecting payments, and processing credit cards
- Maintaining documentation in medical software program

- Flexible for a work schedule including evenings and Saturday mornings
- Professional communication skills with an enthusiastic, positive attitude

- Excellent computer skills, grammar, and record-keeping
- Likes organization and cleanliness
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Prefer experience with Cornerstone Software
