Tempe Chamber Welcomes New Communications Director

The Tempe Chamber of Commerce has announced that Meghan Dorn has joined their office as the new communications director. Dorn is charged with overseeing the messaging from the chamber, as well as supporting the Business Development Council, Women in Business Council and the chamber’s annual Business Woman of the Year selection process. For more than a century, the Tempe Chamber of Commerce has built an environment that enhances the economic vitality of its membership and the business community as a whole.

Dorn’s more than 12 years’ experience includes extensive expertise in marketing, event planning and communications. She has worked for the Hilton Hotels Corporation, the Arizona Office of Tourism, and supported small businesses throughout the Valley with business development. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree, emphasizing in tourism, communication and business.

She has been very active in the community through her involvement with the Arizona State University Alumni Association and has close ties throughout the city. Meghan has personal experience with the challenges that face small businesses and will be a key asset to our members as they continue to thrive,” said Tempe Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Mary Ann Miller.
