Susan Kraemer Named “Woman of Strength” In AZ Real Estate

June 6, 2013

Susan Kraemer, branch manager of Prudential Arizona Properties’ Avondale office, has received a “Woman of Strength Award.” Kraemer and four other Phoenix-area real estate executives were recently recognized for their contributions to their communities and industries at the semi-annual “Women of Strength-Cultivating Leadership in Real Estate” event.

Kraemer was recognized along with four other Valley leaders: Nan Hamilton of Keller Williams, Ellicia Romo of Peoples Mortgage, Kayte Gentry of Keller Williams and Wendy Knipp of Knipp Contracting. The program’s purpose is to recognize women in real estate who inspire, encourage, mentor and lead others.

“The Bookspan Baker Team was honored to recognize Susan Kraemer at the Women of Strength-Cultivating Leadership event,” said Suzy Levenda, the program’s organizer. “Susan exemplifies all the characteristics of ‘inspire, encourage, mentor and lead’ within the real estate community, which is the very foundation this initiative is based upon.

“Susan received the Woman of Strength award because she has an amazing passion for helping people grow their businesses,” said Levenda. “She devotes many hours every week to learning industry trends and statistics and shares her knowledge freely with others. She is one of the most powerful and impactful real estate business coaches and mentors in the industry.

“Women of Strength” was founded by Levenda and Todd Bookspan of the Bookspan Baker Team at Cobalt Mortgage. “There was a common thread among this year’s award recipients,” said Levenda. “These ladies are conscious of how they cultivate and build relationships with others. They are mindful of what they contribute to our community and how their choices impact those around them.”

Kraemer has worked in real estate for nearly 20 years and is one of the Valley’s most respected real estate trainers and coaches. She teaches real estate classes for the Western Maricopa Association of Realtors®, the Arizona Academy of Real Estate, and has coached hundreds of real estate sales executives throughout her career. She also offers free coaching appointments for both Realtors® and non-Realtors®. Anyone interested in a free coaching appointment with Kraemer can contact Prudential Arizona Properties’ Avondale office at 623.298.2200.
