Lindsey McCutchan
Scottsdale Insurance Company welcomed back Lindsey McCutchan as associate vice president of Business Operations Legal. McCutchan previously led the legal division at Scottsdale Insurance from 2006–2010. In his new role, McCutchan will oversee legal operations for Scottsdale Insurance and Titan Insurance.
Most recently, McCutchan was chief legal leader for Nationwide Insurance® Company’s product and exclusive agency sales operations. Prior to that, he led the legal team for Titan Insurance for two years. He has held legal leadership positions within the Nationwide enterprise since 1998.
“We’re happy to welcome Lindsey back,” said Mike Miller, Scottsdale Insurance president. “He returns at an exciting time in our industry and we’ll benefit greatly from his broadened view. We wish Lindsey great success in his new role.”
“Scottsdale Insurance’s business and growth plans will bring about lots of new and interesting legal opportunities for us,” McCutchan said. “It’s an exciting time to be involved with Scottsdale Insurance, and I’m thrilled to be part of the team again.” Although based in Ohio, he will cover the Scottsdale office.
McCutchan received his Bachelor of Arts from Denison University and his Juris Doctor from Capital University. He is active in the community and serves as board vice chair of United Way of Licking County in Ohio.
