Firm Chairman and Executive Managing Partner Paul Cereghini has been named to Lawdragon‘s “500 Leading Lawyers in America” list for 2014 – 2015. He is the first Bowman and Brooke attorney to appear on the annual list which recognizes the top 500 U.S. lawyers in all practice areas nationwide.
Cereghini is one of the firm’s top product liability trial lawyers and has received repeated national recognition for his work defending product manufacturers in high-profile litigation across the country. He has defended his clients to verdict in more than three dozen catastrophic injury and wrongful death trials and defends multi-plaintiff consolidated matters and class actions. Among his most visible assignments, Cereghini tried to verdict the first bellwether cases for Yamaha involving its Rhino side-by-side off-road vehicle and serves as lead counsel for Riddell in the NFL concussion mass tort.
