Steve Tepedino
Tempe-based technology consulting firm IT Partners has brought on board industry executive Steve Tepedino as its new president and CEO, effective July 14, 2014. Tepedino, a well-known and proven thought leader in the high–tech industry, will drive day-to-day operations for the company, a privately owned firm that provides technologies and specialized data center virtualization services, including server, storage and network offerings, to mid- to large-sized commercial, education and government organizations.
“I’ve been following IT Partners’ success over the years. They are a well-founded company with an incredibly talented team. My primary focus will be to actively engage with our customers, technology partners and employees and identify how we can both expand our product and service portfolios and add more value to our existing relationships,” said Tepedino.

Tepedino recently served as president of Melillo Consulting, a technology solutions integrator based on the East Coast, where he directed an unprecedented revenue and profit growth in the company’s history.Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Channel Savvy, LLC, a management consulting firm that specialized in technology vendors and their channel partners. The majority of Tepedino’s career was with Avnet, Inc., where he served as corporate vice president and president of Avnet Technology Solutions, a $3.5-billion operating group delivering IT products and services to a broad range of solution providers. During his tenure as president, the company experienced record growth and exceeded its objectives for operating profit and return on working capital every quarter.
Tepedino holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering chemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
