P.B. Bell, a leader in multifamily housing and real estate development and management, earned recognition for team members at two of its communities at the 2015 Tribute Awards hosted by the Arizona Multihousing Association.
Tonya Batson, a community manager who has been with P.B. Bell for 15 years, was recognized as Apartment Manager of the Year in the 1-99 Units category. Gina Moore, assistant manager at Highland Groves at Morrison Ranch in Gilbert, was honored as Assistant Manager of the Year. Moore joined P.B. Bell in December of 2013.
“It is always a pleasure to see our communities, and the people who work within them, recognized among industry peers for their exceptional efforts,” Debbie Willis, P.B. Bell president and designated broker of property services, said. “Both Gina and Tonya are great ambassadors for service and they both represent the best of P.B. Bell.”
The Tribute Awards are held annually to honor industry standouts across various categories, including management, development, leasing, security, maintenance and housekeeping. P.B.
