DTZ, a leading global property services firm, has announced that Kimberly Jarrett-Kann has been named director of Business Development, West Region, covering Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. Working out of Phoenix, Jarrett-Kann draws on her extensive facilities management, client relations and operations expertise to expand DTZ’s Global Occupier Services businesses throughout the West Region.

Jarrett-Kann joins DTZ from ISS Facility Services, where she served as vice president of Business Development. Previously, she was director of Sales & Marketing for Landmark Building Maintenance and commercial property manager for Schulman Property Management prior to that.
