Greenberg Traurig Named to ‘BTI Client Service 30’

For the third consecutive year, the Phoenix office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has been ranked and included in “The BTI Client Service 30,” an elite group of 30 law firms recognized by clients for providing excellent client service. Greenberg Traurig was ranked 21st on the list, which is part of The BTI Client Service A-Team 2015 report.

“Our team in Phoenix prides itself on superior client service and this recognition is proof that our efforts have not gone unnoticed,” said John E. Cummerford, Greenberg Traurig’s managing shareholder in Phoenix. “Being listed among the BTI Client Service 30 once again is a reflection of hard work and commitment by many across the firm.”

The BTI report ranks firms solely on objective, unbiased client feedback. According to BTI, “no law firms influence the results, submit nominations or provide client names. The research is independent and unbiased. The client, the most important judge of client service, solely decides which law firms are best at the 17 activities driving superior client relationships.” The 2015 report includes in-depth interviews with more than 300 corporate counsel members, who recognized Greenberg Traurig its superior client service.
