Kenneth D. Goodrich, managing partner of Goettl Good Guys Air Conditioning, announced today that Dan Burke, Goettl’s president and CEO, has been promoted to chairman of the company’s board of advisors. Goodrich will now serve as the CEO and assume the responsibilities of this position for the company.
As chairman of the board of advisors, Burke will assist Goodrich and the members of the management team with all strategic initiatives involving the Goettl Air Conditioning brand. He will also lead the company’s participation in and support of community and industry initiatives.
“Dan’s leadership has been instrumental in the success of Goettl,” Goodrich said. “His dedication to the brand and the betterment of the communities we serve is extremely admirable. I am confident that our company will continue to flourish with his continued presence and leadership of the board.”
Burke joined the Goettl team 25 years ago. He has more than 30 years of experience as a leader in the heating and air conditioning industry and formerly served as president of both Williams Furnace Company and Phoenix Manufacturing, Inc.
With Burke serving as president and CEO, Goettl was a runner–up for the 2014 Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Business (GPCC) Impact awards and was named the GPCC member of the month for August, among other awards. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer recently recognized the company for its continued support of many community initiatives.
