FirstLight HomeCare of Scottsdale, a leading provider of non-medical, in-home care, has earned national distinction as a 2014 Best of Home Care Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice.
Granted by Home Care Pulse, the Provider of Choice award is given to home care providers that deliver the highest levels of quality, professionalism and expertise in home care. To qualify, a company’s client satisfaction scores must rank in the top percentile nationally in one or more categories, based on monthly third-party phone interviews with the agency’s clients.
“The Best of Home Care Provider of Choice award is especially important to us, as it is a validation that our clients and caregivers, themselves, feel we are providing high-quality, in-home care,” said Jeff Bevis, CEO, FirstLight HomeCare.
The Best of Home Care Awards evaluate client satisfaction based on monthly third-party phone interviews with the agency’s clients, conducted by Home Care Pulse. The award is based on results from several categories including compassion, work ethic, communication and training.
FirstLight HomeCare of Scottsdale is part of a national network of FirstLight HomeCare providers who continually work to create a Culture of Care. The company offers customized caregiving services for seniors, people with disabilities or other adults in need of assistance.
