First Western Trust’s Dan Thompson and Trish Stark Promoted to Chairman and President of Scottsdale Office

First Western Trust is excited to announce Dan Thompson, CFP®, has been promoted to chairman of First Western Trust, Scottsdale, and Trish Stark has been promoted to president of First Western Trust, Scottsdale. “Dan and Trish are truly exceptional in the way they help our clients,” said Scott Wylie, CEO of First Western Trust. “They value a team approach and have been instrumental in mentoring and partnering with their team members to create unique solutions tailored to their clients’ financial needs. As chairman, Thompson will take an active role in growing First Western’s involvement in the Scottsdale community in addition to developing tailored solutions to help individuals and families reach their financial goals. Thompson has more than 20 years of financial services experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and his Certified Financial Planner designation. In his spare time, he is a dedicated member of the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.

Trish Stark

As president, Stark will focus on building and maintaining client relationships by creating holistic wealth management solutions in partnership with the local Scottsdale team. Stark brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to First Western. She earned her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. She serves as a trustee of ASU and for the Catholic Community Foundation. Stark is Chairman Emeritus of Phoenix Children’s Hospital and also serves on the professional advisory board for the Arizona Community Foundation and the advisory board for the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Innovation.
