Attorney Selected to 2017 Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Stars List

Attorney Shayna Balch with the Phoenix office of Fisher Phillips has been listed in 2017 Super Lawyers Southwest Rising Stars.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Arizona’s Rising Stars are chosen on an annual basis using a comprehensive, multi-phase rating process. Each candidate is evaluated on professional achievement and must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less to qualify.

Shayna Balch represents employers in employment and labor litigation matters before federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. She handles matters across all facets of labor and employment law and has represented clients before trial and appellate courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Arizona Civil Rights Division, and United States Department of Justice Office of Special Counsel (OSC). She has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers Southwest – Rising Stars since 2012. Shayna was also included in “40 under 40” for 2013 by the Phoenix Business Journal.  The award honors the top 40 business people in Phoenix under the age of 40.
