Alexander Arpad Appointed Editor of the ABA Real Property Trust and Estate Law Journal

Alexander Arpad

Alexander Arpad, a shareholder at Fennemore Craig in Phoenix, has been appointed editor of the Real Property Trust and Estate Journal for the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. As editor, Arpad will be responsible for developing articles through the journal’s professional editorial board, and will work with the student editorial board located at the University of South Carolina Law School in Columbia, South Carolina, to produce the Journal.

Arpad is a trial court and appellate litigator with a particular interest in complex or unusual real estate and probate cases. He received his J.D. from Vermont Law School and his B.A. from California State University, Fresno.

The RPTE Law Journal is a scholarly law review journal published three times annually by the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. The ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (RPTE) is a diverse community of nearly 25,000 U.S. and international lawyers, paralegals, real estate and financial services professionals, law students and legal educators.
