International Mattress Manufacturer Enters Phoenix Market

MLILY, the retail brand of Healthcare Arizona LLC, a venture of China-based Healthcare Co., Ltd., has leased 643,798 square feet of industrial space in Goodyear to be used as a manufacturing facility for its creation of memory foam products.

The company leased space at First Park @PV|303, located at 3350 N. Cotton Ln. in Goodyear. To be completed in late 2020, this new facility will be fully occupied by MLILY for a term exceeding 10 years. MLILY is scheduled to take occupancy of the space in mid-December and intends to employ approximately 300 local workers at this facility.

Payson MacWilliam, Don MacWilliam, and Chris Reese with Colliers International in Phoenix partnered with Yang Chen in the Colliers International San Francisco office in representing MLILY. The property is owned by Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc.

Healthcare Co., Ltd. operates factories in China, Thailand, Serbia and the United States, and has produced memory foam items since 2003. The MLILY brand advocates “Redefining Sleep”, and offers products including mattresses, mattress toppers, bases, and pillows.

First Park @ PV|303 is a Class A industrial facility completed this year and located within the 1,600-acre PV|303 business park. Situated at the confluence of Interstate 10 and Loop 303 in Goodyear, this business park is designed to feature 20 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
