Vestar, one of the largest privately held shopping center owners and operators in the western United States, has announced a new wave of restaurants coming to Verrado Marketplace, opening in 2026. Among the newest additions are: OHSO Brewery, Paris Baguette, BJ’s Restaurant, and Chili’s Grill & Bar.

OHSO Brewery is set to occupy roughly 5,300-square feet of space within the highly anticipated entertainment District. The location will feature an open-concept design with both indoor and outdoor seating and will participate in the center’s innovative Sip & Stroll program, which allows guests aged 21 and over to enjoy alcoholic beverages while exploring designated areas of the property.

“We are thrilled to be opening the eighth location of OHSO at Verrado Marketplace,” said Derek Boettcher of OHSO Brewery. “This expansion is a strategic move for us, as the West Valley continues to experience tremendous growth. Verrado’s strong sense of community and Vestar’s vision for the marketplace align perfectly with the OHSO brand. We see this as an ideal opportunity to become part of a vibrant neighborhood where people are looking for unique, locally rooted experiences.”

Paris Baguette, which will open its first West Valley location at Verrado Marketplace, also shared its enthusiasm for joining the growing lineup. “Having successfully introduced Paris Baguette to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler, and Paradise Valley, we are thrilled to expand our footprint to the West Valley. We’re excited to introduce the Buckeye community to our fresh-baked breads, pastries, and signature café experience. This vibrant new destination at Verrado Marketplace aligns perfectly with our commitment to creating moments of joy where neighbors can connect,” said Sam Yoon of Paris Baguette.

OHSO Brewery, Paris Baguette, BJ’s Restaurant, and Chili’s Grill & Bar will join a robust list of already announced eateries, including Salt Tacos + Tequila, Shake Shack, Sourdough & Co., Handel’s Ice Cream, Einstein Bros Bagels, Nekter Juice Bar, Thai Chili and Tropical Smoothie Café.

In addition to these new restaurants, Chase Bank, one of the nation’s leading consumer and commercial banks, will open a new branch at the center, joining other service providers such as CityVet, Great Clips, NextCare Urgent Care, Paramount Hair + Extensions, Zara Nails, Mountain America Credit Union, Elite Shutters & Blinds and Pacific Dental.

Anchor tenants at Verrado Marketplace include Target, Harkins Backlot, Safeway, Ross, Marshalls, and HomeGoods, along with specialty retailers ULTA, Famous Footwear, Buckle, Bath & Body Works, See’s Candies, and America’s Best Contacts & Glasses. Tenant openings will begin in May 2026.

“Verrado Marketplace will combine much-loved local concepts with nationally recognized retailers, giving consumers access to everything they need and want in one location,” said Angie Kory, Vice President of Leasing at Vestar. “Whether visitors are looking to dine, shop, or simply check things off their to-do list, they can do it all at this one-stop destination designed to serve the Buckeye community as well as the entire west valley.”

Beyond shopping and dining, Verrado Marketplace will feature a variety of community-focused amenities, including a splash pad, outdoor fireplaces, a live performance stage, and a spacious central lawn.
