Governor Hobbs and 14 Valley Women of Achievement Honored

In Business Magazine, once again, honored top local women of achievement and shared their stories at the annual Women of Achievement event on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort. In an inspiring event, In Business Magazine honored the Governor and 14 leaders and celebrated their achievements and service to our community.

Governor Katie Hobbs was on hand to accept the inaugural Arizona Leaders Award. She spoke of the importance of women and achievement, telling the more than 600 guests that Arizona has had more female governors than any other state and, “that has an impact on the young women throughout our great state.”

The 2023 Women of Achievement were honored on stage and each was able to speak about what achievement meant to them. All in attendance, the 2023 Women of Achievement are:

Each of the Women of Achievement were featured in the September 2023 issue of In Business Magazine, noting their honors and profile for success. Four of this year’s Women of Achievement told their inspiring stories of achievement in a TED Talk-style presentation center stage. This year’s storyteller were Liz Agboola, Sophie Allen-Etchart, Rebecca Clyde and Mona Stone.

In Business Magazine will launch its new half-hour TV show, airing on WTSMTV. “In Business Weekly” is a three-segment, TMZ newsroom-style show with three guests, one topic meant to influence solutions for our business community.
