Kenneth D. Goodrich, president and CEO of Phoenix PEACH LLC, parent company of Goettl Good Guys Air Conditioning and The Sunny Plumber, announced the hiring of Damon Bromagem as vice president.
In this role, Bromagem will assist Goodrich in overseeing operations, budgeting, and determining the strategic direction of the Goettl Good Guys Air Conditioning and The Sunny Plumber brands, as well as other companies operating under Phoenix PEACH.
“Assembling a strong team of qualified leaders with extensive industry knowledge has always been a priority for me,” Goodrich said. “Damon is an expert with years of experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries, and he is a great addition to our leadership team.”
Bromagem will lead the growth and development of Goettl Good Guys Air Conditioning and The Sunny Plumber in Arizona. As the companies continue to grow and expand throughout the Southwest, he will also be responsible for the development of these brands, as well as other home-service companies owned by Phoenix PEACH.
Prior to joining Goodrich’s team, Bromagem served as vice president for Plumbing Masters and 72 Degrees Air Conditioning. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries, working in management roles with companies such as Jasper Contractors and American Residential Services (ARS).
