The Arizona Technology Council is Arizona’s premier trade association for science and technology companies.

Harris focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, including trade secret, trademark, trade dress, computer software copyright, and other intellectual property protection matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona.
