The law firm of Berry Riddell & Rosensteel announced that real estate attorney Todd Hall has been appointed by the Gilbert Town Council to serve a three-year term on the Gilbert Parks, Recreation and Library Services Commission. The Commission is responsible for reviewing the Town’s Master Plan regarding open space to make recommendations to the Gilbert Town Council. Currently, the Commission is studying Gilbert’s bike paths and other recreational facilities to ensure continuity and capacity for the town’s residents and visitors.
Hall is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Vanderbilt School of Law. He handles complex real estate financing, due diligence, development and disposition of properties for clients throughout Arizona. Hall has served as in-house counsel for a local homebuilder and a national REIT. He and his family reside in the Town of Gilbert.
