Alexander Arpad, a shareholder at Fennemore Craig in Phoenix, has been appointed editor of the Real Property Trust and Estate Journal for the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. As editor, Arpad will be responsible for developing articles through the journal’s professional editorial board, and will work with the student editorial board located at the University of South Carolina Law School in Columbia, South Carolina, to produce the Journal.
Arpad is a trial court and appellate litigator with a particular interest in complex or unusual real estate and probate cases. He received his J.D. from Vermont Law School and his B.A. from California State University, Fresno.
