LaunchPM, a Scottsdale-based commercial project management firm, hires Sean Conry to fill the new position of principal. Company Founder, CEO and Principal, Beth Scarano taps Conry to join her in continuing the company’s increase of national clients and expansion serving new industries.
Conry has spent 30 years in commercial construction. He earned a Bachelor of Science in construction management at Northern Arizona University and began his career in project management. He spent nearly a decade with CBRE, where he rose to Senior Managing Director, overseeing a team of 50 direct reports and providing oversight for $250 million in projects throughout Arizona and California. Prior to joining LaunchPM, Conry spent more than three years as vice president at RAM Construction. He spearheaded the Southern California company’s expansion into Arizona, growing the business to more than $40 million in revenue in the first 3 years of operation in the market.
“Sean’s combined experience in construction management, business development and his work with the commercial brokerage community is a great addition to our team,” states Scarano. “As a principal, he will be instrumental in developing and implementing new business relationships and managing revenue growth.”
