PRESS Coffee, the Phoenix-based specialty coffee roaster, will open its new Camelview location inside an Arcadia office building at 5090 40th St. The café will celebrate its grand opening Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12-13, with complimentary treats, giveaways and other weekend festivities for guests. The new café will be PRESS Coffee’s 21st location across the Valley, bringing its specialty coffee experience to the area and the office building’s tenants.
The 1,545-square-foot café will include 30 indoor seats and a spacious, shaded patio with additional seating. Designed as a welcoming, all-day community hub, the café will serve its traditional full drink menu featuring specialty drip and cold brew coffee, shakers, hot and iced tea and nitro cold brew. PRESS will also offer breakfast sandwiches, burritos, empanadas, grab-and-go pastries, sandwiches, small bites and a variety of retail products.
“We are very excited to be located in such a beautiful building,” said Jason Kyle, co-owner of PRESS Coffee. “It is not only a great spot for tenants to have a casual meeting or get a quick afternoon coffee but is the perfect neighborhood coffee shop for the residents in the area.”
PRESS Coffee is partnering with building owner Southwest Value Partners to bring the new location to life.
“We are excited to welcome PRESS to our 5090 office project,” said Justin Merritt, managing director & partner at Southwest Value Partners. “This café will be a valuable amenity for our tenants and visitors, while creating a welcoming gathering place for the surrounding community to enjoy high-quality coffee and everyday connection.”
PRESS Coffee’s 21st location will showcase the brand’s sleek, modern-industrial design, with warm wood seating and laptop-friendly counters that make the space convenient for both work and casual meetings.
Since opening its first location in 2008, PRESS Coffee has expanded to 20 cafés across Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert and Chandler, including seven inside Sprouts Farmers Market stores and its recent location at Sprouts’ new North Phoenix headquarters. PRESS sources distinctive coffees from around the world, including beans from its own farm in Western Panama’s Volcan Valley. Coffee is roasted daily at the company’s Phoenix roastery to ensure the freshest cup possible.
