Read the Honoree ProfilesEvery October, the region's business leaders gather to celebrate the women shaping Greater Phoenix — on stage, in print, and in the community long after the applause ends.
Women of Achievement has grown into one of the best-attended business events in the Valley. Each of the 14 honorees is featured in the Women of Achievement special section of the September 2026 issue of In Business Magazine, then celebrated live on stage in front of hundreds of guests on October 23, 2026.
Three honorees take the mic themselves in a TED Talk–style setting, sharing the real stories behind their success. The luncheon also presents a single Lifetime Achievement honor, reserved for a leader whose impact reaches far beyond her own career. This year's Lifetime Achievement Honoree is Sybil Francis, Chair, President & CEO of the Center for the Future of Arizona.
Attendance is part of every sponsorship package, and this year's ceremony will once again be recorded and shared on social media and online, so your name is seen long after the event is over.
This is the structure of our luncheon, year after year — and why sponsors keep coming back.
Every honoree is profiled in the Women of Achievement special section of In Business Magazine, then recognized in person as her feature is shared with the room.
A handful of honorees present their own Story of Achievement in a TED Talk–style setting, sharing the details that shaped their path in their own words.
Now more than ever, our business community needs to hear from, and honor, the leaders already doing the work. Showcasing them opens the door for who's next.

State Forty Eight Foundation is an Arizona 501(c)(3) nonprofit that fuels local prosperity by helping entrepreneurs turn their dreams into thriving businesses. Through grant funding, education, and a supportive community of fellow founders, the Foundation gives Arizona small business owners the capital, knowledge, and connections they need to grow. Since 2020, it has awarded more than $187,500 in grants to 54 businesses across the state, and more than half of those recipients are women- or BIPOC-owned.
The Foundation was established by State Forty Eight, the Arizona apparel brand started by three lifelong friends from Chandler in a spare bedroom, as a way to give other local dreamers the boost they once needed.
