David Jarand
Edge Realty Partners announced that several brokers have joined the Edge Phoenix office. Senior Vice President David Jarand and Senior Associate Kevin Jarand made the move from Avison Young in Phoenix and Senior Associate Anthony Ruiz was previously at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors.
David Jarand is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, and new development project leasing, with a history of leveraging his extensive expertise to deliver exceptional results for his clients. In his previous role as a Principal at Avison Young, David played a key role in expanding the firm’s retail presence in Phoenix. Before his tenure at Avison Young, David was a partner at Strategic Retail Group, as well as Senior Vice President leading the Retail Division at Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix. Earlier in his career, he served as the designated broker for Silk & Stewart Development Group, overseeing operations and development projects.
Kevin Jarand
Kevin Jarand is a Phoenix native and second-generation commercial real estate broker, following in the footsteps of his father, David Jarand. Prior to joining the Edge Realty team, Kevin spent four years at Avison Young, specializing in tenant representation for retail and restaurant establishments. In addition to his real estate career, Kevin gained extensive sales and negotiation experience working for Ferrari of North Scottsdale and Ferrari of Wilsonville, Oregon. His ability to build relationships and develop comprehensive market strategies makes him a trusted advisor in the retail commercial real estate sector.
Anthony Ruiz
Anthony Ruiz primarily specializes in Retail Tenant Representation. With a career in Commercial Real Estate that began in 2016, Anthony leverages his experience to help business owners identify and secure the ideal spaces for their operations. His expertise spans acquisition, stabilization, disposition, site selection, and occupancy cost analysis, serving clients across the Phoenix and Tucson markets. Anthony is also a highly skilled lease negotiator, dedicated to obtaining optimal lease terms for his clients. Anthony was previously an Advisor with SVN Desert Commercial Advisors, with a focus on Retail Tenant Representation.
