CBRE Group, Inc. announced that Kristin Sexton has been promoted to Senior Managing Director with CBRE Labor Analytics, based out of Phoenix. In this new role, Ms. Sexton will oversee the development of innovative technologies designed to revolutionize companies’ real estate and growth strategies by incorporating their talent needs.

Ms. Sexton joined CBRE as an associate director in 2005, and in 2011 became a managing director with CBRE Labor Analytics. In the last five years, her team has been responsible for more than 450 location projects, encompassing more than 225,000 jobs. Ms. Sexton also has had a pivotal role in determining where numerous Fortune 500 companies locate thousands of jobs around the world each year.
In addition to her global influence with corporate occupiers, Ms. Sexton has led the development of award-winning tools such as LaborPlan™ and Global LaborView, securing CBRE the H.B.
