Responsibilities:

·       Successfully manage large and complex paid search/pay per click (PPC) accounts across multiple search engines

·       Optimize PPC and self-serve campaigns against cost-per-action (CPA), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-impression (CPM) and other goals

·       Develop strategic paid social media advertising recommendations in support of client requests and needs that outline complete social media recommendations, implementation details (networks, formats), success measurements and timelines

·       Place social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Snapchat based on agreed upon campaign strategy

·       Execute against interactive marketing campaigns for clients that include PPC advertising, online advertising, sponsorships, e-mail marketing, social and community-based marketing initiatives

·       Consistently achieve established KPIs through thorough planning, execution and optimization

·       Work with internal team members to gauge media performance and determine the extent to which campaign objectives and strategies were met

·       Provide reach, share of voice, ROI/ROAS and spend estimates/forecasts upon request to support planning tasks

·       Setup and deliver campaigns through various advertising servers, tracking, and analytics tools

·       Analyzing campaign performance, recommend and implement necessary optimizations

·       Produce regular campaign reports based on a comprehensive analysis of analytics and other proprietary data

·       Develop point of views (POVs) on various digital media opportunities  

·       Work collaboratively with agency clients to leverage their industry and business expertise

·       Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, as well as build trust within and outside the immediate team

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field

·       2+ years of proven PPC campaign management experience

·       1+ years of proven campaign management experience in Facebook and other self-serve demand-side platforms (DSPs)

·       Experience using Double Click ad servers required

·       Google AdWords Certification required

·       Proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat that includes a solid understanding of each platform’s core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network’s advertising capabilities

·       Ability to develop precisely targeted ad campaigns targeting key demographics

·       Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills

·       Self-motivated, well-organized and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skills

·       Understanding of basic branding and marketing principles

·       Understanding of interactive media and marketing tools

·       Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel (advanced pivot tables, sums and lookup functions) and PowerPoint

·       Command of written and spoken English with accurate use of punctuation and grammar

·       Previous experience at an interactive agency desired, but it is not required

·       Detailed awareness of the digital media landscape, trends, challenges and competition

·       Strong knowledge of all aspects of digital media: Display, Mobile, Video, Search, Social, etc.
