Customer Service Representative- Atlanta, Georgia TeamCmp is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. This assignment is for our client, one of the world’s leading manufacturing companies, at their location in Atlanta, Georgia. This position tentatively starts in July 2019 and pays $25.00 per hour In this role you will:
- Coordinate and communicate with customers (internal and external) and service providers
- Handle Service Quote Approvals
- Support 100 sites, 300 providers
- Heavy Data Entry
- Make calls for updates and get approvals
- Heavy computer work

Skills and Qualifications: Hard Skills:
- Computer Savvy – Ability to pick-up on new computer systems
- Basic Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
- Customer Service Skills required
- Service experience would be preferred – similar industry experience would be a plus

- Time Management skills
- People person
- Willingness to learn
- Works well under pressure
Term of Assignment:
- This is a contract role lasting for at least 6 months with the possibility of extension and possibility to hire
- Pay rate is $25.00
- Schedule is 8 am to 2 pm with some flexibility
