PV Solar Installer
Let's talk Nerdy! Nerd Power is seeking full-time applicants to install residential grid-tied PV systems and energy reduction systems. In this position, the Lead Solar Installer will provide support to his installation team, communicate job status data to installations management and ensure the completion of installation of all projects.

We will remain product agnostic so that we can always design the best systems for our clients based on their specific needs. Our mission is to serve our clients at the highest level possible!
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to)
Layout and assembly of solar modules
Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
Electric wiring of solar arrays and system (AC and DC)
Documenting the completion of installation
Clean-up of job site
Attend mandatory training sessions
Desired Skills
Previous Solar and/or Reduction installation experience
Experience managing a team of PV Installers
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Ability to work in extreme environments
Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time
Excellent customer service skills required
